I want to send a letter/email to someone about a wonderful SA that helped my BF at Nordstrom last night. He was looking to buy a new suit, and this SA was absolutely wonderful. I'd like to sing his praises (because I know BF won't) to whoever will listen, but I'm not sure where to send it. I looked quickly at the CS page on nordstrom.com but nothing popped out at me. Does anyone know where to send these types of letters/emails? TIA!

ETA: I don't know what I was thinking... this probably should have gone in shopping...

I think I'd probably write a letter directed to the manager of that store.
