I think it is def. worth $13. You could do a whole lot of things with the skirt, I would probably keep it really simple:

It's sooo soft in person and nice and stretchy.  Too long for my stumps though!

I have a similar skirt (w/ the waist thing) and you can wear it with almost everything

I also vote Nay. It is cute but I have seen other skirts this style for like $20-30 that I like way better.

YES...i just bought that skirt last night...it looks WAY better in person and is super soft and comfy...it fits really well and the waistband is really adjustable..you can fold it over a little or a lot -definitely get it! worth that 13!

I bought the teal one and I think it's cuter than the picture. It's longer than that on me though. I plan on wearing it with just a beater and flip flops.
