I don't even want to put my times down, because I can make my own schedule and often get into work embarrassingly late
-Alarm goes off, BF gets up, goes downstairs and makes coffee, watches TV, etc. I tell myself I'll snooze for 5 minutes and then go down and join him, but more often than not I don't wake up for another 45 minutes -go down and nap on the couch while BF watches TV, eats breakfast, showers, whatever. BF leaves. -I start being productive. take the dog out, feed her -shower -brush teeth, use lotion -read a little while I sit in front of the space heater and warm up! -pick out outfit -blowdry or curl hair (whatever is needed) -get dressed -makeup -out the door
This whole process takes way too long, about 3 hours, since I spend 1-1.5 hours half-asleep while BF gets ready, and I'm really pokey about putting together an outfit and putting on makeup
About once a week I'll have breakfast & tea at home, otherwise I get something once I'm at work.

Wake up (before alarm 95% of the time - I don't even know why I bother). Grab iPhone, check weather app while downloading new email. Skim email for work catastrophes/emergencies/preparation for what awaits me. Get out of bed, pee, brush teeth. Dress in weather-appropriate dog-walking clothes Go wake up dogs, greet them, harness them and bundle them up if <30 outside. Walk each of the three puppies separately (they are useless together, but I will work on that when the weather warms up - as a side note this is another reason I can't wait to leave this condo and have a backyard!). Depending on SO's work schedule, start his car now if it is really cold out (mine's in the garage so I don't bother, but I should). Come back inside, undress dogs. Prepare their food/feed them. While they eat, grind coffee, run coffee pot, wash any dish that might be in my sink (usually just water glasses). I can't stand dirty dishes in the sink. Give dogs fresh water, wash dog food bowls. Shower, get dressed, moisturize face, put hair in a bun. *sometimes after this I log on to work and work a while, check more email, etc - but not every day* Pack my coffee in a to-go mug, pack my breakfast & lunch. Depending on SOs work schedule, start 2nd coffee pot for him, (I really need a bigger coffee pot). Leave for work. Sometimes I skip the coffee and drive-thru dunkin donuts because I heart their coffee but never buy it for home because I always seem to have something "fancier" and my SO doesn't like their coffee anyway (who doesn't like DD?!).

This is how it should be: 6:00 get up 6:30 - 7:30 workout at the gym 7:30 - 8 quick shower 8:30 arrive at the office
This is what really happens:
7:30 am - Oh shoot! Get up 7:30 - 8am - Sit in front of my closet while I watch the news at the same time 8:30 - Finally head out the door, run back because I forgot to brush my teeth 9 - sneek by my bosses office hoping he wont see how late I am...again..
I blame this on DH being home right now, he seems to slow me down...
- look at the clock and lament at how late it is (7:15)
- cry
- get up, choose clothing
- brush teeth
- wash face/moisturize/apply makeup (if time)
- curl ends of hair (trying to take showers at night)
- grab whatever needs to come with me and rush out the door with not enough time to get to work before 8. I'm late almost every day.
This is excatly my morning routine. However when I get to work, I zone out for about half an hour reading emails and surfing the web before I start work.
As soon as I get up I take a swig of sunflower oil and swish it around while I begin my day. (Google "oil pulling" if you're curious, don't bother if you're not.)
Interesting. How long do you swish the oil for? and how long have you been doing this? Tell me what positive changes you have had , I am def curious about this!
About 10 minutes or as long as I can stand it. You want the oil to get really thin and watery, and it should be white when you spit it out.
I've been at it 2-3 months and my teeth are noticeably whiter, feel less sensitive, and some minor toothaches have gone away, but, my skin is looking a little ragged on the lower part of my face because of some sort of detox reaction. Whether it's saving my liver and kidneys from the damage I do to them on a regular basis, I can't say. The testimonials online are encouraging, though.
Wake up around 5:20 and out the door by 6:25 start work at 7:00 What I do: Get up Brush teeth/makeup/hair eat breakfast pack lunch watch weather and traffic out the door...
