opinions on these dresses

I was browsing on anthropologie's website last night looking for a dress to wear for my daytime graduation and found this gorgeous black strapless number with a few big, pale gold flowers printed on it. I just went back to the site so I could post a picture of the dress, and it's not there anymore! Does anyone know which dress I'm talking about? I think it's called Moonbeams something...if I can figure out the name of it, maybe I'll call up a store and see if they're selling it.

Anyway, I was also thinking of this:

But would it be too poofy underneath a graduation gown? Has anyone seen this dress in person?

I'm welcome to any other suggestions...I know a lot of us have been graduation dress shopping this spring.

TIA

I've tried the Anthro dress on... it's cute but pretty poufy. I don't think it would look funny under a graduation gown though. If you can't tell, it's tea-length.

I've tried that dress on, too. I loved it but it was just so... big, ya know? I couldn't decide if it made me look fat or not, so I passed. I definitely felt huge in it but it's a huge dress so it would be something you'd have to get used to.

And it would depend on your graduation gown if it would look funny or not. If it's huge, like most of them, then it's no biggie.

I suggest trying it on first.
