Sequin tops.....

Sequined Tank So I have ONLY 2 sequin (tank) tops at home similiar to these (1 green, 1 cobalt blue). I need IDEAS as to what to wear w/them, or how to wear them. I'd like to wear them to work, believe it or not. I'm sure I could pull it off.

Work might be tough, depending on what you do.  I'd do jeans and a fitted boyfriend blazer for a weekend though

I assume you aren't in a corporate job...but I think you can wear them with solid basics. Keep the rest of the outfit nunlike and not a bit flashy - like black tights, gray a-line skirt, black v-neck cardigan buttoned up.

Using it as a layering item...
1)underneath a black or neutral jacker
2)over a white/neutral blouse (as if it's a vest)

As the weather gets more summery, you might be able to pull them off as a shell for a white tailored suit too.

I have a grey sequin tank that I pair with a grey cashmere cardigan and trouser pants for business functions. But I suffer from sparklitis so I'm not sure if you should take my advice.

I was thinking about this again and wanted to say I'd avoid wearing them with black pants or skirt because then the outfit would definitely read as too evening-ish.

Also I'm concerned about the green one seeming like it's a holiday item. What color green is it?

Hmmmm.... I'd have to take a look at it again when I get home, to answer your questoin. I was thinking of more covering the sequins up,  peeking out a little, or MAYBE I should just  wear them on the weekend only. *sigh*
