would this be a cute top even if its too big?

Cute top. If the medium is going to be really big on you, I think it might hang funny and ruin the look of the line from the back. Would it be worth trying to call some Urban Outfitters to see if they have any in the stores in small?

I'm thinking that the way that the back falls might not be look right if it's not the correct size. You also may have a serious case of side boob with the wrong size. I don't know how much the arm holes can be altered either, but I'm suspecting that that may be tricky. It is a cute top though!

Although you may be able to wear it with a racer back tank underneath. For the price, might be worth a try - I think its really cute

I think it might look fine oversized. I really liked it when I saw your post, so I looked it up at Urban... this is what the front looks like:

So you'd have to wear a tank underneath anyway. It's worth a shot, I suppose.

just put leggings or skinny jeans with it to keep the porportions flattering, and I bet it would look great!

thanks, i decided not to go with the medium. the reviews all say to size down and there are people on there saying the small is even a bit too big and they are taller and weigh more than me, so i think it'll be huge.

i've called about 6 stores now that are supposed to have it per the online customer service rep, but it appears to be sold out everywhere. i'm bummed!
