luv tuxedo/bib shirt and skirt look- how to?

i love this look, especially the one with the pink skirt- thoughts? i think i have found a shirt (may wait for a sale though,polo jeans co $59-macys usually sells their stuff) any skirt suggestions? Id like it to be a tad dressy (like pic) and to the knee(for pear shape) thanks so much!!

Check club monaco, they do that shirt/skirt thing really well. They have the cutest skirts for spring
