I ran into this while online browsing and thought it was pretty, inexpensive and a good segue into spring. 
Then I thought, since a lot of us are trying to cut down on shopping - why not ask everyone to post their own little pick-me-up under $20.  I'll see if I can find more, but here is the inspiration to this thread:

Thanks Vanessa, I'm definitely getting that scarf. I've really been wanting a similar one from the j.crew outlet but it's $42, which is waaaay more than it's worth. Glad to see something I like better for half the price!

I like these little elephant earrings from urban outfitters, on sale for $12. Actually, they have a lot of cute pieces right now that are under $20.
