I logged in to my Anthem account at anthem.com the other day and was just playing around. I took their "myhealth asessment" which asks you questions and then tells you where your health needs work (nutrition, exercise, etc) and what they reccommend (more veggies, more cardio, etc). I didn't think much of it and was just doing it for my own benefit, but yesterday I got a letter in the mail saying that since I took it, I qualify for a $50 gift certificate! Most of the places you can get a gift certificate to are health-related, of course, like drugstore.com or dick's sporting goods or even some spas.

This is pretty awesome for me because I've been thinking about trying the swimming fitness glass at my gym, and now I can use the $50 towards a sporting swimsuit :)
