I'm giving up biting my nails & candy! All types of candy, chocolate, lollipops, hard/soft....:(

And i'm also going to promise to go to the gym at least 3 times a week! I've gotten so bad at not going now!

Awww, I was trying to be funny. No sad faces allowed.

Usually I give up my New Year's resolutions for Lent.

(There, is that funnier?)

I'm giving up lots...
1) meat
2) gossiping
3) *personal*
4) wasteful spending
and I am taking ON
1) being a vegetarian
2) praying/ meditating daily
3) writing a letter to a friend or family member at least once a week
4) volunteering once a month and donating more money

hoofta. and for the record, I am already sucking.

*edited for spelling errors!*

I think I'm going to give up alcohol. I kinda want to see what happens to my weight if I do that. Not so much a religious exercise as a physical one.

I'm giving up chocolate, and I'm also going to try and do a Bible reading everyday since I am a bit lazy about making time for it at the moment.

Good for you.  I'm trying to read the bible every day too - i want to read through the entire New Testament but not sure if that will happen anytime soon.
