Hi! I've been a lurker for awhile, but after reading some other posts today, I realized that since I enjoy this site, I really should start posting on it too. It's only fair. So I'm taking this oppertunity to introduce myself. Beyond the info listed below, I'm 36 years old, graduated from USC with a degree in Creative Writing & Cinema-Television (so yeah, of course I'm not actually using that degree at the moment....) and while I can't really afford alot of expensive items, I make do with with what i can afford and just feel better about myself when I look pulled together.


Favorite store? Right now it's Martin + Osa. They have some great sales and so far I've been very happy with the items I've bought.


Married/Single/In a Relationship? Single

Do you have children? Not yet, but my friends have kids so I'm aunt/godmother to a bunch of kids

Hair color/eye color/body shape? Brown with red highlits, blue-grey, a slenderish hour glass I guess?

What do you do for a living? I run the office for 2 CPAs, but I'm actually a writer

What area of the country do you live in? or if a completely other country please put that down too:) I live in Chicago

Favorite TV show? Lost, Fringe, Supernatural, Survivor, Ugly Betty, Top Chef. I might watch too much TV. hmm

Favorite hobby: Reading, Cooking (I'm a bit of a foodie), travel, photography, movies

Favorite store? Target and Anthro mostly

Married/Single/In a Relationshop? Relationship although I'd love some single girlfriends so I could go out and hit on cute boys (just looking - well, speaking too but that goes without saying)

Do you have children? God no. I love my nieces and nephews and I'm happy when friends are happy, but I'm am not a maternal figure by any stretch of the imagination. I just found out I'm allergic to cats though, so I might have to eat my words and get a dog in the near future.

Hair color/eye color/body shape? blonde/blue/hourglass - heavy on the glass (that's my polite way of saying I have a big ass)

What do you do for a living? I'm saving the world - one court docket at a time, aka an egomaniacal attorney

What area of the country do you live in? or if a completely other country please put that down too:) ATX, baby! Um yeah. I'm not that cool but Austin. We are our own country, of course. wink


Favorite TV show? Gilmore Girls. I miss that show. I guess right now it's Battlestar Galatica, The Closer, and How I Met Your Mother (I'm trying to list the shows I watch immediately on the DVR).

Favorite hobby: drinking wine, tutting about the state of the world, and doing various, odd crafty things. I also tend to read a few books now and then.

What area of the country do you live in? My husband is a pilot in the Air Force, so we move around a lot. We're in Montgomery, AL at the moment and are moving on in June. (yay!)
