Last season I bought a pair of cotton shorts very similar to the ones you posted above, I was skeptical but they def ended up being a summer staple for me!!! I haven't seen these in particular but I'd say itd be worth the shot. I'm kicking myself that I didn't buy 2 pairs.

I haven't been to ON lately so I'm not too sure.
