Help finding leather jacket?

I've become obsessed with getting a leather jacket for spring.  I found a Doma jacket on Nordstrom.com that I really liked but of course it's sold out so I thought I'd turn to you ladies for help!  I'm really looking for a gray or a neutral-ish color, not black or true brown.  Something fitted and feminine and a little sophisticated.  Hopefully something with a collar as I don't think the biker, collar-less styles look that good on me (I tried a biker-style on at the Gap this weekend and didn't totally love it).  Ideally I'd like to spend less than $300, which makes life harder! I've attached the Doma jacket that started this quest and another Soia & Kyo jacket that I liked but it's black.

Any help would be appreciated!  TIA!!
