Online shopping sites with good return policies and customer service?

I'm at a point where I really need to rebuild my wardrobe but being a single mom of a 4 and 3 year old, it's really hard to get out to stores and shop without going insane. 

So I'm looking for sites that have good return policies so I can just order a bunch of stuff and return what doesn't work without losing tons on shipping, etc. 

Which sites are the best for that?

The best return policy, in my opinion is zappos.  free shipping and free returns for a year, I believe.  they carry clothes too...
