Please help me find new work shirts/tops

As many of you know I am looking for a new job. I'd like to start dressing a bit more professional and anticipate needing to in my next position, as my current dress code is pretty loose and casual.

I have having an impossible time finding some tops and need your help.

Here is what I'm looking for (and not looking for)

3/4 sleeves, long sleeves, or short sleeves to elbow (not cap sleeve or sleeveless)

Not too much going on at the chest (I have big boobs and don't need extra fabric there) Also, no button downs (gap too much)

Patterns and bright colors are okay

No pink, yellow, navy or brown

It doesn't seem like the above would be that limiting, but I cannot find anything worth buying. Everything seems to be sleeveless or have a bunch of extra fabric at the neckline (ruffles, ties, bows, bibbing)

Your help is much appreciated!!!!

i don't know if this will help much but i saw some cute blouses by Tahari at tx maxx yesterday.  there was a really cute short sleeve basic white one and some others.  i thought it was cute and i don't see a lot of short sleeve blouses that i like.  you might want to check it out.  hth some!

I picked up some cute ones from the Macy's sales rack not too long ago that were marked down and then had an extra 50% off so they were coming in at $4 and $6. They weren't the most fashion forward but they were fairly cute and professional looking. Might want to pop in and see if they are having any sales.

I was considering hitting up TJ Maxx, so I'm happy to hear that someone saw some feasible things there. It seems I am either loading up my cart with tons of goodness, or shop and shop and don't find one thing worth trying on there.

I may even try Macy's too, although I am not a fan of that store, I do need to go to Sephora, so it can't hurt to run through there real quick.

 I rarely shop in Macy's but every now and then I'll hit a bargain there.  Good luck!

Nice call, alb, on TJ Maxx. I didn't find any work shirts I thought I needed, but I did pick up a Theory black blazer on clearance for $29! Woo-hoo!
