I want these shoes sooo bad from Banana Republic


 



 
The website says they are completely sold out but to call BR customer service to place a back order, which I did, and I was told that they have exceeded the amount of back orders, meaning every pair they will be getting in, is spoken for   What can I do???  How can I get a pair?

Have you checked with the stores??  When they get them in you could pick up a pair at a store or they may be able to call another store and do a "charge send" and mail them to you.

Thanks for trying Drew, but I still like those ones at BR the best.  I think I may start calling the stores individually and asking for them


They aren't even on Ebay.  At least not yet.

I found them!!!  After lots of phone calls to the BR stores directly, I located one pair right by my house.  I'm going to pick them up tonight!!  Wish me luck (god's knows w/my luck they are probably the wrong shoes).  Cross your fingers and thanks for everyone's help/suggestions.

I knew it.  I got to BR yesterday and they had the wrong shoes on hold for me.  So I still didn't get them My boyfriend's mom knows a manager at BR so she's trying to find me a pair.  I'm so bummed

shopchicago33 - I did a charge send for those shoes and just received them yesterday.  If it makes you feel ANY better, I am not too sure that I will keep them.  They are VERY VERY uncomfortable (the strap over the top part is killing me.  And the color is definitely more gold-ish than bronze (I really wanted a TRUE bronze color).  Anyway, let me know if you are a size 8 - that is the size I have!

Well, these aren't exactly the same since they're not espadrilles, but they might be a good substitute if you can't find the BR ones.
