My boss is getting married at the end of April and I don't know what to wear.  The wedding will be outdoors in a garden in Savannah (so more casual) but at night (so more formal).  I am on a budget and would love to find something inexpensive or something that will work with clothes already in my closet.

How about something like this? You could wear a cardi or a blazer over it for work, so it would get double duty.
