Help me find new high heels to go with my black suit

I have an interview with the state department's diplomatic security service on Monday, and need new shoes to go with my black suit (nothing special about the suit, it's black, with a slight sheen).  I would also like to be able to wear these shoes to a big night out with my company in February with either a black cocktail dress or a really bright silk skirt (it has black in it).

I don't have any black pumps at the moment, so probably want to just go with black.  Also, I'd like for them to be as comfortable as possible, and no higher than 3".

Oh, and price limit would be $125 - $150, but would prefer to keep it closer to $100
