You know those warnings they give you about foreign buyers? I just an email from one. It's almost exactly like the examples. Freaky!

The scary thing is that people actually fall for this. In an ethics class I teach a man from the BBB came in and talked to us. He was telling us about all kinds of scams people fall for and then call the BBB to complain and report them.

Man, this is what I do for a living. You wouldn't believe the kind of scams people fall for. I, personally, would NEVER turn my life savings over to a guy just because he wished my families (wtf?) well or went to my church. But then, I do have half a brain...
