STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Hi gals, so I have this pair of burnt red suede kitten heel shoes. These are definitely my favorite shoes and I have been very careful with them, but because they are so pointy at the toe I accidentally banged them on stones and things a couple of times. The red suede is starting to lose color at the toes. Its really not that noticeable but I am anal that way. They are in great condition otherwise and I dont know if I can get the color thing fixed? I am afraid to give them to a cobbler, what if they are ruined?! What if the color doesn't match? This red is not the easy color to match because it is a little orangey. So what do you think? Should I just wear those shoes as they are and obsess about them being slightly imperfect, or should I try to fix them? Any experiences with suede dress shoes?
