Ok this is really random, but I love how european people dress, especially that effortless chic that the French have (I loved what Julia Delphy wore in Before Sunset!) But I have no idea how to achieve it. Any suggestions/outfit ideas?

Me too rocky!! I loved that black camisole and jeans and slouchy bag and blazer and how she looked so pretty but not trying too hard. I love how the French dress too. so pulled together and effortless.
