what shoes to wear w/a shirt dress?

I just saw a really cool shirt dress at H&M, but before I buy it, I need to know what shoes to wear with it, and I'm not really sure.

The dress is totally 70's inspired, made of polyester, and has a big floral pattern in turquoise and brown. It hits at the knee, but otherwise is straight, with buttons in the front and a little tie belt.

So what shoes do you wear with a shirt dress?
