Uh, no.  Other then the lighting looks like it shows the color better in the first one. Sorry, can't help.

#2 has a slightly higher back and the strapless front is more structured...leads me to believe there's some light to medium boning in there. But I'm totally nitpicking.

The material (or at least the finish on it) looks different to me.  The first is more shiny and the second is more matte.
