This is an unusual an interesting top from Anthropologie.  But how would you wear it without being able to completely see through it?  It almost seems like a cami would ruin its appearance, but if you didn't wear something you couldn't go out of the house.

I would have to see this top in person.. if it's completely sheer, I wouldn't buy it.. I usually stay away from shirts that require a cami b/c it's too fussy for me. I wonder if a nude bra would work with it? I often find that semi-sheer shirts look fine w/ a nude bra.

I am not thinking that I like it. I see the Gweynth at the Oscars goth look when I look at that shirt. I think I would have to see it on someone before I could make a descion.

wow--gywneth is not looking too good there---her tiny boobs looks droopy--Is that even possible? and her belly looks bigger than her boobs and I know she is a stick. Not a good shirt for her IMO.

edited to add---Love the top from Anthro.

i'm thinking you'd have to go braless to balance out the prissy-ness of the top! no, really... MAYBE a nude bra. it's one of those things you'd have to try on and see.

Yeah, it's completely sheer--I looked in the store

You would definitely need a cami underneath.  I think just a plain nude-colored one would look ok. . .
