I think if you wore it low on your hips and paired it with a blousy top it actually hides a tummy, if you used it right around your wait it might accentuate it.

i think it might depend on the shirt you're wearing. the shirt can show off your rolls if its tighter... i would probably wear a looser, dark colored shirt with a belt like that.
