My Boyfriends Brother is getting married in 1 month.  I have no idea where to start looking for a dress.  I have hit up all the department stores in town and some on my trip to houston and just haven't found anything I like.  The wedding is at 2pm & not black tie or anything. I'm just at a loss on what to wear.  I have a limited budget also (around 100-150 but no more). Any ideas?? I'm a 6/8.
