Ok, so I'm proud of myself for actually following thru & doing my yoga video yesterday.    As for today, I could not pry myself outta bed, so I came into work early (instead of walking) and I plan to walk/run for 45 min when I get home.

b: kashi go lean crunch & silk

s: strawberries w/ splenda

l: steamed veggies w/ balsamic vinegar & ww pita

s: yoplait 99% ff yogurt

d: not sure, going to san diego to see my BF so we'll be eating out all weekend (he's in the military & has no kitchen in his "dorm" type living arrangement)

w:  45 min walk/run (i'm going to do my normal 4 miles but i'm going to run as much as i can of it... so sick of walking!)

I forgot to post yesterday.

B: coffee

L: not sure. I didn't bring anything in and its spring break here, so I'm not even sure what is open (I work on a college campus). I'll have to find something to scrounge up.

D: whole wheat spaghetti and veggie meatballs. I might throw in some bell peppers to to add some veggie servings.

E: I think I'm going to do the carmen electra dvd again (the second one- basically a toning workout)

Oy.  Went to the doc today totally dreading the scale.  The good news is, I'm 4 lbs lighter than I was in last time I saw the doc in 8/03.  The bad news is I'm still about 10 lbs from where I need to be .  FH leaves next Saturday for Texas, so after that it'll be back to the gym on a daily basis in an effort to drop about 10 lbs .  10 lbs in 3 months is reasonable, right?  Right?

B:  English muffin, yogurt, banana, coffee

S:  Apple

L:  Black beans and spinach in a tortilla, carrots

D:  ?  - almost out of food . . . .

E:  Helping drunk students into the car after their 'school is almost out' bar party.  Will try not to get puked on.
