What shoes would you wear with this outfit?

Ok, so I found a vintage black leather skirt like this one from UO, and I plan on wearing it with a white tee like in this photo:

My question is what shoes would you wear with it in the winter? Would black knee high boots be too much?  Maybe some booties? I dunno.

booties would be cute.  you could try knee high boots, but if you felt like a streetwalker, pass.  i think the key is the tights.

I love that outfit. Tall boots would be okay, but I'd personally feel uncomfortable in tall leather stiletto boots with that skirt. I'd probably wear a mid height boot with a chunkier heel, and tights. Like these

Thanks everyone! I do like those boots and heels posted.

I too thought that knee-high stiletto boots would be hookerish. I wanted to keep the look casual and laid back, but cool of course.
