This is going to sound crazy but I can't find any stew bowls. I mean the deep dish ones good to hold a serving of stew. Has anyone seen any thing like this?

try www.crateandbarrel.com they have really cute dishes and basic white ones, too, plus the prices are reasonable...

   My heart belongs to Fiestaware. They have a dozen colors and add a new one every year or so. They are classic, really durable, and microwave/oven/dishwasher safe. I don't know about other department stores, but Filenes always has fiestaware on sale for 40-50% off. I'm going to get one of their pitchers soon.
