urban brand interview--help!

this is a repeat of shopping section.. hoping that it'll  reach some ppl here (and i'm really at a loss and desperate for advice) :)



so i have an interview w/ an urban brand w/in my co. this week and i have no clue what to wear. i really don't want to wear a suit b/c it is an internal posting, but i don't want to look unprofessional either. any recs?

I would wear a dressier version of what you usually wear to work everyday.
