What does it mean when you are trying to click on a drop down menu or right click on something, and the blue box that usually pops up along with it is not there?  Also, the things to choose in the drop down are invisible until you put the mouse over it....

Oh I meant I think the application is just malfunctioning. What are you trying to use?
