I've done fitday before- its pretty cool. I got annoyed though because so many foods arent in there. I ate like a pig all weekend, it was disgusting. I seriously think I gained like 5 pounds. :( Wasn't even worth it casue it wasn't good food (for the most part anyway- I was craving a diner cheeseburger and that was delish!). So I am 100% back on track this week.

B: coffee

S: dannon light n fit yogurt with fiber- apple. this was literally the only yogurt left in the sotre last night (so weird), anyway it was good but it tasted a little funny and had a strange consistency.

L: brown sugar baked ham in a pita with lettuce and mustard. a fortune cookie. iced tea.

D: not really sure yet. I might make a pasta salad with peas and an itialian dressing. Either that or a baked potato with broccoli and cheese and a grilled chicken breast.

S: no pudge brownie batter ice cream. YUM.

E: 40 minutes elliptical. arms.

I'm soooo tired today. I feel like I'm walking in a dreamworld. I'm not sure I can muster the energy to work out tonight, but I need to! It's Monday, dammit! I ate soooo badly this weekend! But, on the upside, I went dancing on Friday and Saturday night for hours and hours and I walked a few miles yesterday. Yay! I wonder if that will make up for those shots and queso? Somehow I doubt it.

B: 2 r/f string cheese - was in a hurry this morning

L: 1 veggie taco

s: r/f yogurt

d: don't know yet. thinking about doing a little takeout ginger broccoli and tofu from pei wei (I emailed them and got their whole nutritional info. on a spreadsheet and, not including brown rice, the dish only has about 280 calories in it and it's so yummy! I highly recommend it.)

e: need to go for a run but I may end up only walking a few miles on the treadmill instead - try to muster up the energy for arms also.
