Has anyone seen this tie neck blouse in person?  Is it sleeveless, shortsleeved?  Is it sheer?  I can't tell from the picture.  Someone posted it earlier and I have been thinking about it ever since.  Thanks.

I own two of those blouses, one in black and white polka-dot and the other on that's like a brown and green print. You do need something under but I really love the fit of it
