From mom and her man - some framed botanical prints for the powder room (I've been collecting them and filling up every inch of wall space with them), some framed photos of us printed in a pop art style (hard to describe), some sweaters (to be returned), a California Angels hoodie, socks, some Obama campaign stuff (they're under the impression we like him), and a few tchotchkes from the hospital gift shop where my stepdad spent almost a month this summer.

From my DH - a sterling silver cornuto (Italian horn pendant, considered good luck).

From my bestie - a drawing of the mad tea party from Alice in Wonderland, signed by the artist.

From my in-laws - a blouse from Talbots (to be returned), cash

From SIL/BIL - a coffee mug, a reusable water bottle, a top from Nordstrom (to be returned).

This year the main thing was that we got to spend it with DH's family. We haven't gotten to visit them in a few years and it was a first trip for our little one who got completely spoiled! smile Santa brought us a portable DVD player and a bunch of movies for our trip early (including the grinch who stole christmas hooray), a new bag and pajamas from Victoria's secret, kitchen stuff (mixer, chopper, tupperware etc perfect for making christmas cranberry bread with), some candles/candle holders, a couple of pairs of houseslippers including the lambie ballerina slippers in black that I really wanted. I also got a 2 year subscription to Cookie magazine, the Twilight soundtrack (which had a poster of edward in it haha) and I'll be using some giftcards to get a wii fit soon. The best part was the time off from work, our trip, and the real Mexican food and drinks from Mexico. Mmmm I miss it already.

A whole bunch of presents that I haven't opened because ...

...

I had our baby boy! I gave birth 12/25/2008 (I was due 12/31/08) to Dex. at 2:36pm. 7lbs 4 oz and 20 inches long. When I get more settled in, I'll be posting pix. :)

That is AWESOME that you had your baby on Christmas.  He will get lots of gift that time of year. I can't wait to see pics of him.

Congrats on the LV but especially on the birth of your baby!  You can't do too much better than that!
