Sleeves that end above the elbow
Permalink Closed

I have some shirts with sleeves that end right above my elbow.  Should I alter them or keep them?  I'm kinda short, so I also have short arms.  Will they make my arms look even shorter?

Hmmm... I can't provide an answer to your question, but am wondering if they are tees?  If so, what type and where did you get them.  I have been searching madly for tees that end right above the elbow (not 3/4-length) and can't find them anywhere!

I am actually thinking of buying long sleeve and having them altered to the elbow.  Think that would work?  Sorry, I don't want to hijack your post.

I always find shirts with short sleeves that end at the middle of my upper arm make my arm look shorter and bigger. I prefer 3/4 length sleeves over any sleeve length and seek out this sleeve type in all seasons. I do have two shirts with sleeves that end just above the elbow, they are both from the Gap. I think they are much better than the regular tee sleeve length. I say go longer in the sleeve or go cap sleeves. In between isn't as flattering. OK, so now I have revealed my freaky sleeve length obsession.

THanks guys!  Both of them were given to me, so I can't tell you where to find them.  But I think there's some at ON.  I've decided to change them to the 3/4 length.  THanks!
