I'm thinking of signing up for it in the vain hope of dropping a few pounds before my wedding in May...it might actually work for me since I'll know exactly how many calories I'm eating and everything will be prepared for me.  just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it or used it before.

I haven't personally, but a good friend of mine did one of the zone diet delivery programs that worked just like this and loved it, she lost alot of weight.


i would love to do one of these for the sheer convenience of it! they sound amazing.

I used this when I lived permanently in DC, and I had started my weight loss regimen.  I actually really liked it, but their menu was more limited back then (about 2000).  I was pretty satisfied, and I had a friend who started using it also on my recommendation.  I was on the M-F plan.

i've never tried any of the programs, but i know there are several out.  as a consumer, it might be a good idea to look at the different meal options and prices at the various ones.  i know there's the zone, nutrisystem, and a couple others.  just a thought.  good luck!

i think i'm going to do this - although i will take a look at some other options.  turns out my mom actually tried this a while ago and said the food was good but the portions were really small.  well, yeah, it's a diet, you're supposed to eat less!

I'm going with diet-to-go and I'm picking up the food after work today!  I will let you guys know how I like it.  The pricing seems pretty reasonable and it's convenient, so all that remains to be seen is how good the food is.
