Meow, sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. To the best of my knowledge the store is the only way you can buy them. I checked Zappos for you and didn't see any on there either, figuring they were the end all be all of shoe brands.  I have one in the mall near me and I just bought a pair of stiletto boots this past weekend. Maybe you could try calling a store and seeing if they can work with you and possibly place phone orders or something.
