fragrance recommendations

Okay.  I might be more enchanted by this topic more than anyone else, but I wonder if someone knows enough about the similarities and differences between common fragrances to help me.  I was up til 2:30 last night scouring perfume sites to get good recommendations.  Perhaps I am obsessed... confuse

Here is the situation:  My mom likes the
- Prada Fragrance
- Coco Mademoiselle
- Rapture from Victoria's Secret
- The Hanae Mori one that is warm and spicy (moon something?)
- and Gucci Rush.
In the 70s, 80s, and 90s, she liked
- Youth Dew
- Avon's Timeless
- and Aromatics Elixer from Clinique.

I think most will agree that there is a woody, oriental theme...with a touch of sweet and powdery scents here and there.

2 questions:
- What other fragrances do you think she would like?
- Do you think that she would like Flower by Kenzo too?

Thank you!

Likes and dislikes about fragrance are very personal, but one I thought of right away with the ones you mentioned is Lancome's Magie Noire.   Warm, rich, Oriental scent.  I haven't worn it in years, but I loved it.  This has me thinking maybe I need to go get a bottle.

My mom used to wear Aromatics Elixer too.  A few years ago she bought Cashmere Mist from Donna Karan and it has become her signature scent.  Smells like a mom to me without smelling old ladyish.
