What are your opinion on them? I am usually not a big fan but lately I want a pair. I saw a pair in abercrombie kids  but they were capris and i have came to the realization i am to short for capris. So if you like the style, have you seen any around that are full length pants that are cute? Thanks!

I have a few pair that are capris and I like them because they are comfy. I usually only wear them if I am running errands in the summer and it is hot. The min. you sit down in them they are all wrinkley ( is that even a word? I don't think I spelled it correctly.) So for causual bumming around I say yes, but if I don't want to look like I spend the night in a cardboard box then no.

I agree with RyanJ. I love linen for summer but it wrinkles badly, which apparently is part of the "charm" of linen. A linen blend might be better, like linen and cotton. I did have a pair of linen pants one year that held up well if I ironed them with a very hot steam iron. I still felt schluppy by the end of the day though.

I did not even think of the wrinkle factor, i just figured they would be light for summer. But thanks, for informing me, I hate ironing, in fact I never do it. Thanks for the opinions, but i think i decided against it.

Ughhh! I hate linen.  After giving it a shot I've decided its not worth it.  It will wrinkle so bad and you won't have time to iron them and  even a perfect ironing won't last long.  Sorry but its not worth it for me.

I know what you mean about questioning linen. I felt the same way, but I found cute pair of a turquoise linen pants from Target for $20 and I thought I'd give them a try since they were so cheap. Anyway, I wore them last weekend (it was pretty warm here in Fla. so I don't think they were too inappropriate) with a long C&C tank and a big belt and I really liked them. The other great thing was that they didn't get that wrinkled. I say give them a try, especially if you can find a reasonably priced pair.
