Yuck, I might be able to deal with cherries but cherries with faces.  I hate them!!!!With a Passion.

sooooo not a fan.  i agree with the rockabilly statement.  i like the classic l.v. style that's it.

i'm a fan of lv, but i really don't like these. they just look cheesy. as far as their collectible nature, i don't think these are going to go up in value.  imo, the earlier lv revisions that mj did (the sprouse bags, and the animal shaped bags using the vernis --was that mj or did that come b/f him?) were much cooler and rarer and probably likely to be worth more than as collectibles than the murakami stuff and these.

You know what, I didn't even realize they had faces until now.  That's kind of weird...

i am a fan of certain LV bags and "patterns"

i like the damier print (i have the alma in that print), the mini monogram print in canvas (getting the large joeshpine in blue denim and burgandy), the new trianon (espically the poids plume bag small) and of course the epi (in yellow or red for all wallets, key chains, coin purses.) i have never been the biggest logo print fan.  i think the cherries are really bad.  yes they are cuter in person but they still look like something I could get from charlotte russe or forever 21.  the monogram and the cherries and the faces it is just overkill imo.

i think that marc should focus more on creating new actual bags vs. new print.

The only things that will have resale value are the bags that aren't made in such quantities like LV is doing with these.  These are everywhere and will not have the value in the future that other might have.

Cherries look like they are trying to appeal to the teen market also.

Shelf life of like 2 months.  You could not pay me.

That said, classic LV is fine.  I plan to purchase a speedy for my every day work bag this summer, but that's classic.  These are so not classic.

those are unbelievably ugly! I just think they look really really cheap and tacky. But I have to confess I've never much liked any LVs at all, except the checked ones--I think the checks are really elegant.

The cherries kind of freak me out too.

I love the monogram bag in the ad with Uma Thurman, though.

I hate this..

I won't say they are tacky or anything...I think it's just a matter of personal taste. I'm soo not an LV fan it's simply not my style..a small discreet logo I can handle...but one plastered all over the place is just bleh to me..
