I just got my samples from DUWOP the other day, but I have no clue on how to use the EyeCon gels. Anyone???

I have never tried them but I was reading an article about them and it said they need to be suctioned on the eye contour area. Does this sound right?? I can't remember which magazine I saw it in, I read so many today while waiting 45 minutes at the dentist's office. grrrr.
