it looks rockabilly...if that's a look you're going for.  it also might accentuate your hips (just a thought).  not for me, but if you like, go for it!

I love the structure and shape of the dress (especially the bottom half) and the color but I don't like what's going on with the collar area and the "bow?" Other than that I think it's fine. I'm not a big fan of retro designs anyway though. If you like it go for it.

I like it, but it looks a tad costumey. I couldn't think of an occasion in which to wear it, but I'd like seeing in on someone else.
