morning everyone!


s: banana


b: kashi go lean crunch w/ silk


s: banana chips (i'm gonna turn into a banana soon!)


l: cooked veggies, ww pita, yoplait yogurt (99% fat free & says it helps u burn fat!)


s: more banana chips


d: turkey sandwich (on a white roll , that's all they have at school)


w:  yesterday i had car work done so couldn't go to the gym so instead i did my 1 hr. yoga video.  it kicked my butt!!  i decided that today i'll do arms AND legs & i'm gonna try the abs/pilates class (30 min) but not sure i'll keep going if i do yoga mwf.  i think my new routine will be hour walk before work, then hour yoga mwf, whole body weight training tues & thurs.

Oh, I haven't posted in forever! :)

Workout - 5 mile run this morning.

Breakfast - oatmeal w/skim milk and banana; coffee

Meal #1 - chicken chilli; apple

Meal #2 - fat free yogurt; 1/4 cup of nuts; small oatmeal cookie

Dinner - egg white and veggie burrito; orange

I'm here.  I shouldn't be posting cause I've eaten way too much & feel sick but oh well.


B: bagel and milk


S: starbucks frappacino light


L: frozen california pizza kitchen pizza - BBQ chicken.  Yes I ate it all!


D: not sure.


I hate midterm week...


Definetly no E.  Huge test tomorrow.

I love the starbucks frap lites! They are better than the originals which were way too sweet..

L: Beef Barley soup and grilled cheese on wheat

Dinner: hmm..wontons?


No workout today, no excuses I am just feeling lazy

B: mini-bagel & r/f string cheese


L: Lean Cuisine chicken lemongrass (yum!)


S: strawberries & r/f string cheese


D: prob. 2 burritos - 2 r/f tortillas, 2 slices r/f cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. f/f refried beans & prob. 2 cups grapes


E: yoga at gym but it's such a pretty day I may skip it and go for a run instead... I think I'll take advantage of the weather, I can hit the gym any old time (I'm debating as I write this) - also do some arms at home
