I somehow hurt the top of my foot.  I can't even walk with out a limp! Soooo, no running today.  I'm going to take it easy and just go on the bike and elliptical. If it hurts I'll stop. I hate that...I want to just go at it when I work out, no taking it easy! But I have to

i was kind of bad all weekend with eating and drinking, but i spent about a total of twelve hours working out (snowboarding).  my muscles are ultra sore.  so i hopped up on my scale this morning to see that this combo plus a little over a week of doing weight watchers points has resulted in me gaining about three-four pounds.  i'm so discouraged i want to cry. 


i don't think WW is the right plan for me, because i feel hungry all the time and it's too easy to cheat.  it's time for something drastic i guess, so back to good old atkins for me.  yay.  i started today.  i hate being a fatass.

L:pad thai. we had a new employee to take to lunch.

W: 60 miutes on the elliptical. I made a new CD that was great to work out to so it flew by!


It was sooo nice out today- Iwish I didn't have to be inside at work through it all.

Today was a really lazy day for food...you will see in my meals


B:  zone bar


coffee bean ice mocha--it was soo hot today!


L:  $6 burger at carl's jr.


had class today:snack 1 strawberry yogurt, snack 2 apple with peanut butter


D:  garden burger on whole wheat bun


E:  Kickboxing...it was brutal today...sooo hot in the studio but I sweat a lot and it felt good

Stayed home because of a migraine so skipped breakfast (too sleepy and ill)


L: Lean Cuisine roasted veggie pizza (way less cals than the other LC pizzas)


S: baked cheetos


D: strawberries and f/f cool whip, 2 slices w/w bread, 1 slice r/f cheese


E: went for a run in the afternoon after started feeling better - too beautiful a day to pass up
