To make a long story short....I purchased a pair of pants from Gap about 3 weeks ago and wore them b/4 I washed them.  Well, Friday I went to wear them again and they had shrunk.  I was so upset b/c at this point I had tossed the tags and the receipt.  I went to the store on Saturday and their return system was down so they could not look-up my receipt but they went ahead and exchanged them for me with no problem.  I was so excited.

It was the Gap at Lakeside in Metairie.  They only shurnk a little in the waist and hip which I did not mind but the length is what shrunk the most.  My new pair "washed" fits perfect.
