How is everyone doing?

I am sick! Not the kind of sick you want to be when you're trying to lose weight either. The kind where your throat hurts and you need to keep eating hot or cold things to make it feel better.

I did make it to the gym Monday and Tuesday morning. I'm home from work today, so no exercise for me. I haven't weighed myself either.

I hope everyone else is doing better than I am!

I'm doing ok. not awesome, but ok. I've managed to cut down my snacking a lot, but DH brought me a carton of ice cream and I've had no willpower with it. And we got pizza for dinner last night because I was too tired to cook, but we got veggie and I only had two slices.

I'm home today while our roof is being fixed, so hopefully that will be done early-ish and I can go do some grocery shopping before it starts getting late.

Hello.  Still no exercise.  I have eaten better at dinner but not at work.

I'm actually not eating enough.  Nothing sounds good, and I am having trouble finding food to bring to work for lunch.

I'm feeling very down right now, and my motivation is at zero.

Today's lunch should be better because I brought last night's leftovers.  Maybe I'll take a walk.

Gah! Monday went fine, Tuesday went ok. I ate healthy snacks, had salad for lunch and had healthy dinners. However yesterday went downhill fast. My group was under a lot of pressure to project new (much lower) numbers for our budget and I totally snapped, I had a turkey sandwich slathered in coleslaw for lunch and my bf bought me a buffalo chicken sandwich, fries and a giant bar of chocolate for dinner since I'd had such a hard day! So far today I've also eaten 5 doughnut holes. I do plan to turn over a new leaf and have salad for lunch but I can believe how badly I did yesterday? Why is it that when everything seems like it's in the crapper all I want is bad food?!

Steel Cut Oatmeal this morning, cup of coffee, light yogurt
Went for a 4 mile run
Snack is salt free pretzels
Lunch will be grilled veggies and chicken
Dinner will be grilled fish and asparagus.

Doing pretty well. I forget how much better my body feels when I eat well.

OMG - this was me yesterday - totally went downhill in the evening BUT

Today is a new day!  Each week we're going to have a crappy day that you have to just shake off.  Today is officially going to be my good day.  I'm going for a run....that's the plan

I'm still sick, so I continuw with my Edy's fruit pops, etc.

But, DH just picked up a treadmill about 2 hours ago! So, when I am feeling better I will have no excuse not to exercise. I now have the task of deciding where to put it, but that shouldn't be a big deal. I see the spare room becoming our home gym and the den inheriting the bed from spare room.

I did weigh myself this morning, and I haven't gained any weight, so it could be worse.

Have been doing good. Not so much of a diet but just incorporating lots of fruits and veggies, more water and cutting out midnight snacking. So far so good! I feel better and less bloated.
