Every year I never know what to get my dad and this year I seriously have no clue!! I got him tickets to an NBA game last year. He has so much clothes that he doesn't wear because he wears his hospital uniform almost 24/7.
Any ideas girls?? Looking to spend about $100 no more than $150
Hmmm, if he works at a hospital then is he on his feet all day? How about a nice pair of comfy shoes? That's all I can think of since I plan on replacing my dad's shoes!
A massage or gift certificate to a more guy oriented spa/salon. I don't know what they have by you but I know some chains like Sportscuts that do old fashioned shaves and guy haircuts as well as have sports TV on and massage chairs.

This is way less than $100, but last year I found some really old photos of my dad an I when I was little. I had them printed and put them in a nice frame.
Would he like any book? Would he have an Amazon wishlist you could search for? Does he have a hobby you could buy him a magazine subscription for?

Can you ask your mom for some ideas? My dad is also hard to buy for so I just ask my mom. Apparently all he wants this year are minutes for his pre-paid cell phone. Glad I asked...I certainly would not have thought of that, ha!

piggybacking on ttara123's idea, my sister and I put together a shadowbox for my dad for his 60th birthday and retirement. It turned out pretty cool and he loved it. He was so happy that we took the time to craft something for him.
