For my little brother as part of his Christmas present. He's on his own as of this Sunday (well, he lives with my older brother, but it's still his first time without my parents). A journal. I'm a pretty private person and don't really like to talk about my feelings, and sometimes I feel like I'll be crushed from all this stuff I carry around inside me. Hopefully journaling will help reduce some of the stress.
