help me find a top

I have this jacket that I want to wear with either lt gray or charcoal gray trousers  (it doesn't matter which color).  Can you help me find a cami/blouse to wear with it?

I like the second top better to wear under the jacket - the first looks like the collar is too high to work under that jacket for me.

Thanks kmd and sydney.  Do you or anyone else have any additional suggestions for something that would go with that jacket?  I am open to any suggestions on color/style.
