I bought a pair of grey suede t-strap ballet flats last winter from old navy (in between study abroad semesters in a tropical locale) and just found them, new with tags, in the back of my closet. turns out, they are really practical, but still pretty and different from my other hundred ballet flats i wear in the spring, so I would like a couple more pairs.

i found these sam edelman "carrie" flats, but i think they are also from last year because they are not in stock anywhere....totally in love with the snakeskin too...sigh..

has anyone seen this style shoe anywhere? thanks all

Crap! I just saw a pair in a boutique but can't remember what brand... I think it was some non-descript boutique that had a big section of cheap shoes, so if you have something like that in your town, they might have something similar.

If I go by there again soon, I'll remember the brand.

check Marshalls. I saw this really cute pair of Frye t-strap ballet flats in black and brown.  They were only $50.

If it makes you feel any better I have those Sam Edelman flats and find them really uncomfortable.  It could just be me though.

There's these from Oh Deer on endless.com

Poetic Licence made a pair called skylar. They were from last year, but I have seen them on different websites on sale. I bet if you google them you could find them. HTH!

thanks so much for the very helpful replies everyone! Right after I posted, i did an ebay search for the sam edelmans, which i thought would be fruitless, but there was on pair listed and it was my size, so I bought them ($45 +shipping)! However, that was before I read your post cc, so i hope they don't turn out to be too uncomfortable to wear.

I will also pick up the all black version if I see them on sale/find a code.

thanks again ladies!
